Power Lodge 2025 CFMoto UForce 600 UTV Giveaway – Official Rules and Disclaimers

Eligibility: The Power Lodge 2025 CFMoto UForce 600 UTV Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Power Lodge, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on January 1, 2025, and ends in December, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.
How to Enter:
Free Entry: Individuals may enter the Giveaway for free at official Power Lodge events throughout 2025 by completing an entry form in person.
Bonus Entries: Participants may receive bonus entries by making qualifying purchases of parts, apparel, or accessories at any Power Lodge retail location or online at www.thepartslodge.com during the Entry Period. Bonus entries are capped at 50 per person. Entry multipliers or bonus entry promotions may be offered at Power Lodge’s sole discretion.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2025 CFMoto UForce 600 UTV (Approximate Retail Value: $10,799). Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Power Lodge. Power Lodge reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Power Lodge during December, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, another winner may be selected. Once claimed, the winner will be announced via Power Lodge’s website, social media channels, and personal phone/email.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete a W-9 form and may receive a 1099-MISC for tax purposes.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes permission for Power Lodge to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Power Lodge, which are final and binding. Power Lodge reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
